im not a muslim but i had an unforgettable affair with a married muslim man for over three years.because of the love he had for me, he wanted to marry me and be his second wife. i loved him so much but i just couldnt endure the fact that i would be leaving a hurting first wife and innocent children under his first marriage.i do commend you for being very brave, notwithstanding the turmoil youve gone through or still going through now.honestly speaking and i do apologize for this, but i just cant understand this part of your muslim tradition,polygamy. as a woman, i think this is so much to bear.as a matter of fact, i wouldnt allow this thing to happen to me.youre very brave and i salute you for being one.stay strong and continue to enlighten the lives of those women who are in the same boat as yours.
