jaz khair brother(?) for ur comment, at least one!! yes, and obviously as i feared also u had the stand that a divorce is cut and run. i think thats not fair coz someone who considered his or her divorce properly will inshaAllah know what hes doing, if not THEN he was playing with divorce. so i think if someone did it for a reason he might even divorce after one day and it wouldnt mean he gave up quickly or didnt try or didnt have patience etc. so just as in any other case of life its a choice of what a person is willing to bear, and alhamdulillah theres nothing haram in it, and if a person is really sure then insh. thats all that counts. noone should feel guilty just coz everyone sais its better to stay in a marriage. im very unhappy bout this word all the time. and dangerous coz its puts so much strain on a person who wants to leave a marriage but noone seems to support him so he will always feel guilty. no good. just like in any other thing in life, like work, youd like to leave if u dont like it wont u. so if u made a wrong choice once in life, thats normal isnt it, even in marriage, and there r reasons, and up to ur choice. but never tell anyone ull have a better place in paradise if u stay. who tells u this. u cant see the ghaib. its up to Allah swt, so dont think ur better than u r. sw
